As we value the security of your purchase, all shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery and/or a government issued ID.
All orders made outside of the U.S, will have an additional $150 shipping charge.
All orders will ship Monday through Friday.

Here at It's A Luv Story, we guarantee the Authenticity of all our items. Many times, our items will include their original packaging, certificates or receipts from their original purchase.
As we take pride in our thorough authenticity checks, our goal is to make you feel 100% confident with your purchases. If for whatever reason you feel that the item you received is not authentic, in order to receive a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We ask you to provide us with proof and documentation, stating that the item you received is not authentic from a well recognized authenticator service or expert.

As we are an independent dealer, the brands whose products we sell, are not associated with It's A Luv Story. Each brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners.
